REGISTRATION

We do our best to keep the registration fees as low as possible. The registration fee has been set to allow us to cover the costs of invited speakers (accomodation and meals). During the conference coffee breaks will be provided by donation of Mario Sandoval

You are completely free to organize your lodging and meals at your best convenience.

• To register, please fill out the registration form located at the bottom of this page.

• After that, we require all participants to make their payment via bank deposit, based on the following fees. Please consider that the registration is not complete until the fee is paid and the corresponding receipt is received.

Registration Fees (Registration deadline for contribution November 30th)

Students $700.00 MXN 

Rest of participants $2500.00 MXN 

For Mexican Invoices +16% Taxes (I.V.A) ATTENTION: For invoice in 2023, please pay before Dec. 14th. Invoice in 2024 will be sent after January 8th.

If you need an Acceptance Letter, it will be sent to you soon (before Dec. 8th). Please contact organizers otherwise.

Conference Dinner is not included with the registration fee
